Later I was sorry I didn't talked more with him and put few pesos in his hand, but I kept to observe my rule that is not clever to stop or to talk too much on dark large city by night.
The bags with rubbish started to disappear by midnight. Where before half of hour was big heap of sweepings and pieces of paper, remained nothing.
As much as dirty it looked all around by midnight, became very clean before morning. I found out this is made in clever manner. If they put enough dustbins on the streets over the day, the streets would be uncrossable.
After dusk of the evening the streets look clean. Maybe at pavements a small puddle of water appears but there is no unpleasant smells around. The traffic is declining.
Gradually by the pavements started to turn up big boxes and black bags of rubbish. By every dustbin or smaller heap of garbage appears young boy who is waiting for garbage truck.
On more lonely streets which are more away from pedestrian street,
these heaps become bigger and bigger.
Almost every heap has it's own keeper. The children are sitting between garbage and ransacking for useful stuff, but later they help to load the bags on the truck.
When one little boy noticed that I set the tripod with camera on, he came nearer and started to ask me something. He looked miserable, but was unobtrusive and kind.
